Community managers and location-scoped employees see only communities explicitly assigned to their employee account. If you are assigned to two communities, both should appear on My Assigned Communities and in the Portfolios panel.

A house manager can see employees who share at least one assigned house. Enterprise-wide corporate employee administration, deleting employees, invitations, and permission changes are restricted unless explicitly authorized.

Yes, when you are assigned to the house and your role includes house/document access. Resident documents are available on the resident chart and house documents are available under the house Files module.

Open the resident chart, enable the Resident Portal, and send the SMS invitation. The resident then signs in using only their registered phone number and a one-time verification code.

Open My Assigned Communities from the dashboard or use the Portfolios panel → portfolio → community. The navigation keeps the Portfolio → Community → Operational Modules hierarchy.

Enter the mobile phone number saved on your resident profile. SoberVista texts a one-time verification code through Twilio Verify. Enter the code to sign in. Residents do not use passwords.

You can see documents attached to your own resident chart. You cannot see another resident's documents or private employee/house files.
